Very good video Stephanie. The most important point for me is that you ask for ONE referral not the “do you know anyone….”.
Statistically referrals make up more than 70% of most small businesses so it is an important topic!

Great vid on referrals. We need referrals to help grow our business as people want to work with someone or a company that someone they know has (sort of letting them find out first if they are good or not). In today’s marketplace we communicate and marketing is not a one man game as we build networks and communities around us to help us and part of that is being referred.
Key point is as Deborah pointed out – asking for the one and not the unfocused throwing it out there for anyone. Well said.
