Q – Who Are Your Clients?

A – My clients are passionate small business owners who want to attract more clients and grow their businesses. Many of my clients are expat entrepreneurs. I also work with internationally minded local business owners.

I’ve worked with clients from: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, Romania, South Africa, Spain, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, UAE, United Kingdom, the United States and more.

My clients are committed to creating a business that is successful and are willing to challenge themselves to go to the next level. Sometimes that’s scary and I help my clients through that.

What many of my clients really need is to find more clarity about their businesses so they can promote and market their businesses authentically with ease.

A – Most of my clients are running service oriented businesses.

To get started with any of my one-on-one coaching packages simply send me an e-mail ( with:

  2. What you’d like to accomplish in your business by working together, the specific results you’re looking for

A – What you can expect from me:

I coach using intuition, humor, and passion. Being direct is part of who I am and I am not afraid to tell the truth. I am passionate about what I do and I have fun with my clients.

Q – How Long Have You Been Doing This?

A – I started Firefly Coaching in 2002 and absolutely love helping my clients.

In addition to being a small business owner myself, I have years of experience in the business world in roles like: business development, sales, marketing, management, and consulting.

Q – Why Did You Name Your Company Firefly?

A – Although the Firefly is a small creature, it has a unique ability to do something phenomenal. A Firefly has the ability to turn on its own internal light and illuminate the way forward.

I choose the name Firefly as a metaphor for the work I do with my clients. I support my clients in finding and turning on their own internal light (especially as it relates to marketing) so that they can attract more clients and grow their businesses.

The power lies with them; I simply support them making it happen.

Q – How Do You Define Success?

A – One of my favorite quotes is: “Success is liking yourself, liking what you do, and liking how you do it by Maya Angelou. Success means something different for every person. My clients define what success means for them and I help them reach it.

Q – How Does Coaching Work?

A – In our initial discussion you’ll share your goals for your business with me.

From there, if we decide to work together, you’ll choose from the coaching packages I offer and we’ll get started.
