Liz has asked unconditional love every day (for 25 years). ‘What would you have me know today?’ and sometimes she asks it specific questions.
I love this because like many things it works for personal matters as well as for business challenges.
You can ask it anything about your business or marketing. If I had to guess, you already know what you want to ask but here are some ideas just in case.
“What would you have me know about my fear of visibility in my business?”
“What would you have me know about why I’m afraid to increase my prices?”
“What would you have me know about dealing with rejection?”
“What would you have me know about why I struggle with following through on projects?”
“What would you have me know about not feeling good enough?”
And the great thing about asking unconditional love any question is that the answer is always kind, always compassionate and loving.
You don’t have to do it every day as a practice, you can do it when you need support. And you don’t even have to write it down.
If you prefer, you can say the words to yourself in your head or out loud. If you say it out loud, why not hit your voice recorder on your phone so you can save it and play it again later.
