As a Business Owner, a lot of your time is focused on the big things.

And so sometimes the seemingly little things may get neglected.

I know you’re really good at what you do.

But potential new clients who don’t know you may not get the chance to find out how good you are because they might get put off by small things. Things you’re not even aware of.

Small things add up in both directions, positive and negative.
