I offer all of my coaching packages as free standing, one-time monthly options. You can try any package for one month and then decide if you want to continue. If you’d like to continue, we can do that on a month-by-month basis.

You can stop at any time. You can begin again any time. You can also switch back and forth between the packages.

This way you have the flexibility you need to make progress at your own pace. The point is that you get to decide.

If you have big goals you want to reach you may need on-going support for several months. Consistent support does create momentum and will help keep you on track. And again, it’s all up to you!
