		<description>Hi there. For time-management I can recommend the Pomodoro technique.
It&#039;s really simple: 
work in 25 minute timeboxes, then take a 5 minute break, repeat.
The 25 minute blocks seem to shift ones thinking about &quot;time&quot; and correspond quite accurately to the attention span of people. The 5 min. breaks between allow the mind to rest and digest all the information before continuing.
