Q – Who Are Your Clients?

A – My clients are passionate small business owners who want to attract more clients and grow their businesses.  Many of my clients are expat entrepreneurs.  I also work with internationally minded local business owners.

I’ve worked with clients from: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, Romania, South Africa, Spain, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, UAE, United Kingdom, Unites States.

My clients are committed to creating a business that is successful and are willing to challenge themselves to go to the next level.  Sometimes that’s scary and I can help you through that.

What many of my clients really need is to find more clarity about their businesses so they can promote and market their businesses authentically with ease.

Q – What Kind of Businesses Do Your Clients Own?

A – Most of my clients are running service oriented businesses.  Some examples of the type of business owners I’ve worked with: PR Agencies, Branding Firms, Business Consultants, Language Teachers, Recruiting Agencies, Interior Decorators, IT Consultants, Coaches, Writers, Publishers, Communication Consultants, Tax Advisors, Website Designers, Graphic Designers, Telecom Companies, Intercultural Consultants, Virtual Assistants, Financial Consultants, and Health & Nutrition Consultants.

If you’d like to discuss your business goals. and how I can help you reach them, just send me an e-mail and we’ll set up a time to have a complimentary consultation to see if we’re a fit. 

Since I do all of my coaching over the telephone (yes, it really works – I promise) it doesn’t matter where you live.  We’ll just have to coordinate our time zones.

Q – What Is It Like Working With You?

A – You will get my dedicated support which includes a high dose of enthusiasm and committment to your business. In addition to sharing practical tips and resources, I will give you original ideas you can use to attract more clients and grow your business.

And if you get stuck and need some help moving forward, I will help you hurdle any obstacle that comes your way.

I’m really big on confidentiality and am the soul of discretion.

I have quite an extensive network and love to connect people whenever there is a fit.

Q – What are the Expectations?

A – What you can expect from me:

I coach using intuition, humor, and passion. Being direct is part of who I am and I am not afraid to tell the truth. I am passionate about what I do and I have fun with my clients.

Q – How Long Have You Been Doing This?

A – I started Firefly Coaching in 2002 and absolutely love helping my clients.  In addition to being a small business owner myself, I have years of experience in the business world in roles like: business development, sales, marketing, management, and consulting.

Q – How Do You Define Success?

A – One of my favorite quotes is: “Success is liking yourself, liking what you do, and liking how you do it“ by Maya Angelou.  Success means something different for every person.  My clients define what success means for them and I help them reach it.

Q – How Does Coaching Work?

A – In our initial discussion you’ll share your goals for your business with me.  From there, if we decide to work together, you’ll choose from the coaching packages I offer and we’ll get started.
